Our pizza dough is made from scratch using premium OO flour, our 20 year old natural sourdough starter, a little water and a lot of time. The dough is rested for 48 hours then hand stretched and cooked in our woodfired oven. These bases are the perfect way to make your own pizzas at home, by adding your own preferred toppings, and having fun with the family. Nutritious, easy to digest and super quick, simple to use and fun.
